This Q&A webcast will feature Uchu Meade, Consultant Pharmacist at St. Mark’s Hospital, and Gabriella Poufou, Advanced Specialist Inflammatory Bowel Disease Dietitian at St. Mark’s Hospital, who will be answering questions on the subject of medication and diet for pouch patients. Attendees will be invited to submit questions in advance of this session.
