Crossing the line in his 11th Frankfurt Marathon, David Skinner is smiling, not just because he is about to cross the finish line, which is reason enough, but because his old friend Jo Schindler, the race director, is standing there with open arms, ready to embrace him. “Mein Gott, I love the Frankfurt Marathon“, said David Skinner.

**David Skinner completing his 11th Frankfurt marathon**

David Skinner, pouchee and Red Lion Group commitee member, has had his J pouch since 2009. He is a keen runner and at the age of 70 this, his 11th Frankfurt marathon, is actually his 27th marathon overall. If you need further inspiration, David commented that the man who came in behind him in this event was aged 86!
